Ever since I noticed my hair crown being slightly flatter, I have been on the lookout for hair loss products. A good friend recommended PHS Hairscience FEM Daily Regime Starter Kit to me which worked pretty well for her post-natal hair loss. 

The PHS Hairscience FEM Daily Regime Starter Kit consists of PHS Hairscience ADV Nutrition Shampoo 50ml, FEM Fortify Shampoo 50ml, FEM Fortify Conditioner 50ml and FEM Fortify Tonic 15ml.

(USAGE)
Step 1: Double Cleanse
Wet hair and apply ADV Nutrition Shampoo. Gently massage into scalp, working up a creamy lather. Rinse thoroughly.

Repeat with FEM Fortify Shampoo

Step 2: Moisturise
Apply Conditioner onto damp hair, avoiding the scalp. Leave on for 1-2 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Step 3: Treat
Shake FEM Fortify Tonic well before use. Section hair and apply on towel-dried scalp. Massage scalp with fingertips. Leave in. Use daily.
